Day In The Life Of An HVAC Entrepreneur

My Day to Day

I focus on leading our team and ensuring we deliver on our promises. I oversee operations while guiding our management team through the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), envisioning the company’s growth and adapting to industry changes like new refrigerants. I find joy in training others, fostering a team that prioritizes integrity and excellence in every installation. Watching our company thrive through repeat business is truly rewarding.

Life & Career Milestones

My path in life has been direct

  • 1.

I grew up on a 200-acre farm in West Chester, Pennsylvania, where I learned to fix things and developed a strong work ethic.

  • 2.

After high school, I worked at Pepperidge Farm but realized factory life wasn’t for me.

  • 3.

I joined Brewer Sheet Metal, starting as a shop helper, and learned the HVAC trade from the ground up.

  • 4.

I progressed through different companies, gaining experience in installation, service, sales, and management.

  • 5.

In 1993, I co-founded Brandywine Valley Heating and Air Conditioning with two partners, using my expertise to grow the business.

  • 6.

Through integrity and quality service, we built a loyal customer base, and now, 90% of our business comes from repeat referrals.

  • 7.

Thirty years later, I still love what I do, and I continue to lead Brandywine Valley with the same passion and commitment.
