How I responded:
I dropped out of that track first quarter in undergraduate school because it did not interest me and I started casting about for what did. It took 10 years to finish my BS. But I did it in a field I loved.
Experiences and challenges that shaped me
I held three jobs to get myself through my BS. But because I was a great student, at a certain point, programs always paid me to go to school.
