How I responded to discouragement
THE NOISE
Messages from Myself:
How can you possibly start over as a single mom of two boys and go back to school to pursue a degree in neuropsychology and become a researcher at the age of 50? It is way too late for that. You don't have what it takes.
How I responded:
If you are being called to pursue something that seems bigger than yourself, you must be brave, charge forward boldly into the unknown, and tell your inner critic to get out of your way. The world needs what you have to offer and you will be given the strength and endurance to accomplish the task.
