How I responded to discouragement
THE NOISE
Messages from Myself:
I think I'm harder on myself than anybody ever could be. I probably didn't celebrate promotions and successes like I could have.
How I responded:
I had a really good mentor that helped me. They made me understand myself a little better, gave me some good advice and helped me put things in perspective. When you're all in on something, it’s easy to lose perspective. Having a mentor helped.
