Defining Moments
How I responded to discouragement
THE NOISE
Messages from Family:
Don't get a job in a bank because it's long hours and might be dangerous.
How I responded:
I did what I wanted to do, I learned something new and out of my comfort zone. Today, I am so happy with my decision. I love my job and feel like I am helping someone everyday. I am confident in my position and look forward to learning new things every day.
Experiences and challenges that shaped me
When my husband became disabled, I was forced to find a job that was not in my husband's company. It was a challenge. Whatever I did, I worked hard to be the best I could be.
